Refund Policy

If your first CutLift Pro payment was in the last 14 days, email [email protected] from your account email (or tell us which email you used), or contact Dodo Payments through the order support link in your receipt, and you will get the full amount back. No questions asked.

Monthly renewals and later requests are considered case by case, at our discretion. Tell us what went wrong and we will do our best. Forgot to cancel? Write to us within a few days of the renewal and we will usually refund it.

Cancel anytime from your Account page (Manage subscription) or through the link in your receipt. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period.

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, our online reseller and Merchant of Record, who handles payment, taxes, order-related inquiries and refunds.

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Dodo Payments. Your bank may take several days to show it. Once refunded, Pro features are removed from your account and the subscription is cancelled.
